To login to webmail:

- Username: emailname@{yourdomain}

You must use the full email@domain to login
- Does GreenTree Hosting offer SSL Mail?
Yes, we offer SSL for all email procotols; SMTP, POP3, IMAP and Webmail

**Mail blocked at this level is rejected at the HELO connection and no information other than the “presented” senders email address and ip address is available in our mail server logs.
***Mail deleted at this level by our default High Spam rules is copied to the mail server archives before it is deleted and is retained for a period of 30-90 days before being deleted from the archives. Domains subscribed to our email archiving service are not effected by the 30-90 day archive removal period.
