## 1. Our AI Transparency Standard

We never hide that we use AI. We could not work at this scale without it. We pair frontier AI workflows and our reusable backend suite with decades of production experience, and Gene Salvatore serves as the final human editor and systems architect on copy, code, and infrastructure.

## 2. Interactive Assistant, Calculators and Intake Tools

Any on-site interactive assistant (including our AI Concierge), calculator, estimator, or cross-reference tool is provided for preliminary information and intake convenience. Automated responses and calculator outputs do not constitute a binding price quote, contract, or professional engineering directive. All project scopes, quotes, and technical selections are reviewed and confirmed by qualified human personnel at GreenTree Hosting, LLC. The AI Concierge is configured to capture leads and answer questions, and it is rate-limited per visitor and per day.

## 3. Human-Reviewed Content

Guides, field notes, and reference material may use AI-assisted research and formatting under human supervision, and a human editor verifies them before publication. Factual claims about pricing, credentials, and infrastructure are checked against our live systems and records.

## 4. Your Data and AI

Inquiries, uploaded files, and contact records submitted through this site are processed solely to fulfill your request and are never sold or used to train public third-party foundation AI models.

## 5. Limits of AI Guidance

Automated output can be wrong. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, safety, or regulatory decisions. For anything consequential, ask a person at support@greentreehosting.com to confirm.
