3. Disclosure to Third-Party Infrastructure & Service Providers
GreenTree Hosting, LLC. does not sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal information or email lists to third parties under any circumstances.
We may share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our infrastructure and delivering services to you (such as payment gateway processors, domain registries, and specialized outbound email delivery relays like Mailgun by Sinch). All such third parties are strictly bound by confidentiality agreements and are required to maintain your information in strict confidence and use it solely to perform services on our behalf.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page. We encourage clients to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we safeguard your information.
II. Email & Anti-SPAM Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
GreenTree Hosting, LLC. maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy for Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE), and all forms of SPAM. All users, resellers, and clients utilizing GreenTree Hosting, LLC. email mailboxes, web servers, or SMTP relays must strictly comply with this policy.
1. Definition of SPAM
SPAM includes any email message sent to a recipient who has not explicitly given verifiable prior consent to receive communications from the sender. This applies to bulk commercial email, promotional blasts, chain letters, financial solicitations, and unverified newsletter distributions.
2. Permitted Email Communication & List Sourcing
All outbound mail originating from our network or routed through our email infrastructure (including Mailgun relays) must meet the following strict standards:
- 100% Opt-In & Explicit Consent: Outbound emails must be sent strictly to recipients who have directly requested to receive your communications via a confirmed opt-in process or through an active, direct commercial relationship.
- Strict Prohibition of Third-Party Lists: You may NOT send email to purchased, rented, scraped, traded, or harvested email lists under any circumstances.
- Direct Business Communications: Standard 1-on-1 business dialogue, customer support responses, transactional updates, invoices, and direct customer quotes are permitted.
- Working Unsubscribe Option: All bulk or marketing communications must contain a clear, functioning, single-click unsubscribe link or clear opt-out instructions. Unsubscribe requests must be honored within 3 business days.
3. Technical Authentication & Header Requirements
To ensure high deliverability and system integrity across global email networks, all client email must comply with the following technical rules:
- No Address Falsification / Spoofing: You may NOT falsify, forge, or obscure email headers, envelope senders, or the "FROM" address. The "FROM" address must be a valid, existing mailbox authorized for your domain.
- Authentication Compliance: All domains sending mail through our infrastructure must maintain valid SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), and DMARC records as configured during onboarding.
- Bounce & Complaint Thresholds: Clients must maintain a bounce rate below 2% and a spam complaint rate below 0.1% (1 complaint per 1,000 messages). Accounts exceeding these rates will be automatically flagged for review.
4. Rate Limits & Relay Infrastructure Rules
Outbound email is monitored by automated real-time safety systems to protect our IP reputation and relay networks:
- Accounts undergoing initial evaluation or new domain warmup are subject to temporary hourly message limits and maximum recipient caps per batch (e.g., maximum 9 recipients per single email message during evaluation).
- Attempting to bypass batch limits or distribute mass messages using unauthorized scripts will trigger automatic rate-limiting and temporary queue blocks.
5. Violation Consequences
If an account on our network is flagged for sending SPAM, triggering blocklists (RBLs), or violating this AUP:
- GreenTree Hosting, LLC. will immediately suspend the offending email account or domain's outbound relay access to protect our network.
- The client will be notified and required to provide proof of recipient opt-in consent before any service reinstatement is considered.
- Repeated or severe violations will result in permanent termination of services. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to SPAM violations.
