The website platform, design system, custom software, and interactive tools on greentreehosting.com are copyright 2007 to the present GreenTree Hosting, LLC. All rights reserved.
2. Client Content Ownership
On every site we build for a client, the client owns 100% of its business content, written copy, branding, project photography, licensing records, customer data, and domain name, together with the custom application source code and static assets identified as client-owned in the project deliverables.
3. Website Portability and License Scope
A client may obtain a portable copy of its static website pages and media assets at any time. Clients also receive a perpetual, non-transferable license to the client-side interactive tools (such as calculators, estimators, and galleries) as delivered.
4. Hosted Layer B Services
Hosted server services, called Layer B, include form routing, lead management, the client operations portal, the visual pin board, and administrative dashboards. They remain the property of GreenTree Hosting, LLC and require active hosting service, or replacement by the client's new provider.
5. Open-Source and Third-Party Components
Open-source libraries and third-party assets remain under their own licenses. Trademarks and logos belong to their owners.
